Acting for Saudi Arabian clients in an inheritance dispute which was referred firstly to a Sharia Council and subsequently obtaining a declaration from the Commercial Court in London that the judgment of the Sharia Council did not amount to an arbitration or other award enforceable in the English Courts.

Acting for an Indian client company in a joint venture dispute which, following a stay of High Court proceedings in Bombay, was referred to UNCITRAL arbitration in London. Subsequently assisting in further litigation to enforce the award.
