Steven is an Associate Solicitor at the firm and specialises in all aspects of banking and finance, commercial property, international taxation, business affairs transactions and general litigation.

Steven's academic qualifications comprise an LLB Honours Degree from the University of Hull, a Licence D'Administration Économique et Sociale awarded by Université René Descartes (Paris V), a BA Honours in Legal and Economics Studies awarded by London Guildhall University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice awarded by the University of Oxford, and a Master of Laws in Banking and Finance Law awarded with Merit by the University of London (Queen Mary & Westfield College).

In addition to his academic qualifications, Steven also has legal experience going back 10 years working for a variety of City law firms in the UK including Freshfields Bruckhaus & Deringer, Linklaters, Morgan Walker and Herbert Smith. He also has a number of years general business experience including a period as the CEO of an offshore Management Company specialising in the administration of trusts, funds and offshore companies in Mauritius. Steven is also a visiting lecturer in corporate and commercial law at a Holborn based business school alongside his work as a lawyer.
