Peter Miller

Peter Miller has over 20 years experience of litigation and dispute resolution. He brings wide experience to a broad range of problems, and has specialist expertise in Employment law, Company / Commercial and Shareholders Dispute, Charity Litigation, Professional Negligence Litigation, Personal Injury and Medical Negligence, Information Technology and related areas.

In his employment law practice Peter acts equally for both employers and employees. He regularly lectures and presents smaller seminars on employment law problems. As part of a broad commercial and contract caseload Peter has regular experience of emergency Injunctions to the High Court for a wide range of problems, standard applications to preserve assets and evidence and unusual applications to allow operation of bank accounts and associated issues. In his medical negligence practice he has dealt with test cases, successfully defending the NHS in relation to patient claims which, if successful, would have changed clinical practice and hospital doctor practice throughout the UK. He has used the Commercial Agency Regulations repeatedly to obtain multi-million pound settlements for Claimants.

He combines the traditional core values of the listening solicitor with strong people skills with the modern requirements of the information technology environment to deliver a cost-effective service customised to the needs of the individual client.
