London Solicitors for International Dispute Resolution

Solicitor David Wyld began his legal career under the tutelage of Gordon Slynn, later Lord Slynn of Hadley, whose practice focused on commercial and constitutional law. He then articled at Linklaters, and he received his qualification as a solicitor in 1974. After five years of successful practice as an administrative and planning law solicitor, he joined one of the City of London's most respected firms, Macfarlanes. During his tenure at the firm, which included 10 years as the head of the firm's litigation department, he gained unrivalled expertise in handling international dispute resolution and forged strong relationships with leading firms around the world that continue to this day.

Today, Mr Wyld draws on his expertise in international dispute resolution to assist commercial and private clients worldwide. He is a CEDR Accredited Mediator (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) and has been the Secretary General of the International Law Association since 1994. Additionally, Mr Wyld regularly lectures on the subject of multi-jurisdictional dispute resolution at conferences around the world.

David Wyld & Co. is also assisted by Peter Miller and Steven Sengayen, who work as consultants within the firm.
